- 4. Requests for refunds must be submitted in the form of a support ticket at www.GetSupport.biz and must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- 5. Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of The Affiliate Insiders Lab course all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit to be applied toward any product that Brian Anderson retains 100% ownership to and sells currently or in the future.
- 6. Products that include a free trial period to a subscription service such as the Affiliate Insiders Lab VIP Gold account will automatically process the renewal transaction after the disclosed trial period. To prevent autorenewal cancellation submissions must be made via support ticket at www.getsupport.biz 48 hours prior to the scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted in any other manner may not be received by our staff and will not be guaranteed. Cancellation is immediate upon request and prorated refunds for unused portions of the term will not be issued.
